ECU’s School of Theatre & Dance invites you to an immersive concert event celebrating the works of one of the most innovative composers for the musical stage, Stephen Sondheim, who would have been 95 years old this month.
Featuring skilled students and faculty of ECU and the extraordinary talents of our local Greenville artists, you will be enveloped in the artistic journey through Sondheim’s best works including the operatic melodrama of Sweeney Todd, the pointillistic profundity of Sunday in the Park with George, the lavish universe of the 1920’s in Follies, and the haunting fables of Into the Woods, plus many more!
Seating is general admission but very limited, so secure your free tickets now. Parts of the experience require standing or moving; however, seating will be provided for all mobility needs.
This production is made possible by East Carolina University, Greenville Museum of Art, and the Zeta Psi Chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia professional men’s music fraternity.
